and if you cant, its the companies responsibility, if she didnt declare bankrupcy, its still owed.
same with tender, even if he was a jerk etc, the money is still outstanding, and he did do work for her. and the debt has to be paid.
i dont understand why you cant just pay these people then all this drama would stop, it would be better just to mend fences and everyone can get on with their business.
