heh .. i realise people jump the gun many times, but he wasnt making any allegations just a question..
To be honest if i had that problem i would come to gfy first because 99% of the time even if there was a problem a support rep would just say "nope no problems here" . Without a heck of a lot of work gettig timestamps and such theres not much they likely would be able to do in this scenario.. they either go through a bunch of work to find out nothing or find a system wide glitch they obviously arent going to tell you about.. prob just bump you a sale or something and fix the problem..
Notice he asked about unified first to determine if it was a unified problem first or a nastydollars problem ( knowing who to complain to is half the battle )
