Actually for a design you need to prepay HALF, so $16.66, just a third, would be doing you a favor. All these design threads are just an easy way to get the designers to compete for small money wasting tons of time for so many people. Find a good designer, pay your 50% down payment and work with that designer until they meet your specifications.
