I'm no fool. If it earned $1000 a month I'd be selling it for over $80,000. Currently it only earns about $85 a month which is why I'm willing to part with it for only $7000. However it could earn over $1000 a month for the right person. At that rate it would pay for itself in only seven months!
It really earns $85 dollars a month, trust me.
Since you brought up the issue of pencils increasing in value over time, I'll clue you in to an important fact of the pencil industry. Pencils are poised to skyrocket in value in the near future. As you know all top quality pencils are made from wood. Every day thousands of acres of forest are chopped down to make space for farms, homes, and glitzy strip malls. Soon the only trees left will be in protected areas like National Parks. As the availablity of wood decreases, the price of wood and therefore pencils will increase until they're out of reach of most consumers. Get into the market now before you're shut out.
All intelligent people can see that $7000 is a great value for this pencil, if you can't I guess you're a bigger idiot that I thought.
