Both hate-mail and praise-mail are good! They show you are getting to the surfer and that's all that counts- reaction. No e-mail at all is the only bad thing because it shows that everyone is just shrugging it off- they won't bookmark the site, they won't buy from it and they'll soon forget the whole thing. If you've shaken them up, one way or the other, you've got another follower...
