Employers have every right in the world to get rid of your fucking ass if you don't like what they are legally doing. (illegal is another story)
You don't have the right to stay in a company and bitch about it's legal activities and stir up discontent with other employees.
You don't have to break the law to get fired. A big fucking mouth or "bad attitude is enough".
On the other hand allowing them to actually see the porn before they make a decision is fucking suicide.

Using cell phones at work... This is doing personal things on company time. This is not a change of policy. Excessive use of the copier.. again, personal things and stealing from the company. This is not a change of policy.
Threating to fire people lowers moral. Which lowers productivity. Bad for the employees, bad for the company.
We're all used to seeing porn. But there are people out there that get offended. If your employers told you "We're putting a giant crucifix of Jesus (or insert some other religious symbol that might offend any number of people) right over your desk. If you don't like that, then you're fired." And you were offended by this, you don't think you should have the right to either object to it or have it or you moved to another area where you can continue your job as normal without being affected?
