Ok then here's the "nice" way (although underhanded and sleezy).
Hold the meeting and announce:
"We are opening a new division of the company dealing with sexualy explicit material. We are now hiring for those positions. Long lasting opportunity is forseen in these position and all who would like to apply can do so after this meeting".
Then explain it all to those who apply, hire them for the positions.
Hire new people under those conditions to fill the other spots.
After 3 months announce the layoff of those people who are in excess in the non-adult area.
