Yeah, that sounds like the best route to go. Allow people an out if they really feel that uncomfortable because there are plenty of people that would not like dealing with this content. And I like the 90 day waiting period. Ease people into the situation. And yeah, if they are this concerned, they should consult their lawyers for a better answer.
