ok, few things
1) Juicy if you're wearing that shirt I might need to go shopping tomorrow.
2) I'm going to need to be piss drunk for this to last more than a second

4) One incident, they were both sharing the server.
5) The September part was really overages billed in arrears, not for basic prepaid service. I did let it go a while and it wasn't so much that I was remiss with my billing duties. After initial conversations, I kept waiting for the return calls so that we could redo their hosting arrangement to best save them money and fit their usage needs. In the earlier conversations we did have, I was even concerned with whether or not they were profitable and offered to discount everything as much as possible to get them current.
Karma definitely counts for something. I hope that they will resolve this, that somehow it's simply an error of sorts. All of the phone and ICQ conversations I had were very nice. We were excited about their quick growth in bandwidth and were gearing up to give them all the tools they needed to continue growing their business. I didn't even conceive that they would leave us in the middle of the night with a balance and no notice, there weren't any red flags.
