from a design standpoint...you probably want to choose a different picture, maybe one where you are facing the camera a bit more at an angle so that you can see the face. Perhaps even have 2 pics, one on the left with the dick about to go in, then on the right with it all the way in.... you might also consider having 4 square pictures, different deep throat shots, with a larger rectangle in the middle with the text.

no white or yellow in the text, waaaay too passive. Should be something bright and bold, some very blocky, thick or even bubbly text. Also, the text should be a lot more crisp. As it is, it looks like someone manually cut text off of a flat file and pasted it on.

Anyway, those are just my initial observations and what I would tell a client if they asked.
