Now, I know you can't do a direct ratio for domain name values based on other domain name sales, however, looking around the domain name market can give you a pretty good idea of where a domain should be in ppc common value and optimal end user value. Once in a while you can get very lucky and run into an end user who REALLY wants your domain name and doesn't care about the current market values.
