First, they can garnish the revenue from the processor, paycom. That is if the site makes any money.

Never disregard the value of a good judgment.

About 8 or 9 years ago, sued a douche in Florida for CI. Won a default judgment of 6 figures.

The douche lived in Florida which is the state you want to go to if you are a douche and want to avoid paying judgments or want to file bk. He told my attorney in Florida to tell me to fuck off, I will never get a dime. He was head of household so no wage garnishment, couldn't find any assets in Florida other than his house which you cant touch.

TWO YEARS later, I call the guy out of courtesy to tell him I'm selling the judgment to a very aggressive collection company and was going to give him an opportunity to buy it himself for far less than the 6 figures.

He isn't home, wife says he is in Virgina at the apartments. He moved I asked? Oh no she says, he owns 25% of a 600 unit apartment building next to the University of Virginia Law School.

I hire a lawyer in VA. 30 days later I'm garnishing rents. 60 days later I'm back in court with a forced sale order. He beats me to the punch (you always want to sell yourself vs being forced to sell) and sells his share to a family member to pay me my judgment.

The day his lawyer called to let me know the funds were being wired, I asked his attorney to give him a message from me. I'm sure you can guess what that was.
