Yep, that takes some time (from 10 minutes and up to a hour or more). Actually almost every web designer doing such a job when he/she works on adult website design (splash, tours etc), but no one sane will do this for all those 1000's of pictures that stored in the member areas - because that's just insane. Furthermore there are special
automatic plugins for Photoshop like "Neat Image" that more than enough to remove JPEG-loss artifacts, make the details sharpener, the skin better etc. Course no one automatic tool could have quality similar to the manual one, but usually it's enough to improve a bit your existing pictures.
