Even i did understand what he said :D
He wanted to withdraw cash from wpass to his bank and started the witthraw 22/12 . Usually it takes 5 days to reach bank but in his case the money never reached the account .
EDIT : ok you´re faster :D
and yes that sucks and that investigations on *dissapared* wires cost money even sucks more
