To make this story simple its like me having an illegal machine gun in my house and my next door neighbour saying he is going to get an illegal machine gun like mine, So would it be ok if I blow his brains out? Surely the police would understand it was self defence because he was going to buy a gun too. Infact I would be recognized as a hero in my town for protecting my other neighbours and myself
