The up and coming bit has already started - investment there can be totally silly in terms of appreciation (and not in the white powder stuff that was used for the foundations of office blocks in Panama City
)
Costa Rica is maybe a few years ahead of Pamama on the investment side, but still showing high returns on eg real estate of 40-60% annually on the Pacific Coast. But from a biz angle, prob Panama is better.
