Costa Rica is where we operate now (used to live in the Caribbean) - and part of the reason for moving was to be on a mainland area with all facilities nearby. Both Costa Rica and Panama have prob have the best biz scenarios in the Centro American region.

Well - A good friend of mine runs the cable television & cable internet (non-C&W) company on St. Kitts and Turks & Caicos (Spelling?), that's the main reason I've considered either of those. It may be smaller, but it would still mean living on a beach with decent connectivity to the real world.
I considered Costa Rica until another business associate of mine was unable to live there anymore without 3 bodyguards escorting him around at all times, and he's not even involved in any shady business - just has money.
