One thing to remember is that St Kitts and St Thomas are kinda small
Depends - you may feel "confined" when you get to know the size of these islands. But - they are what you make em - I'd have no problem on either.
Costa Rica is where we operate now (used to live in the Caribbean) - and part of the reason for moving was to be on a mainland area with all facilities nearby. Both Costa Rica and Panama have prob have the best biz scenarios in the Centro American region.
