You have to follow the thought process... regular porn is apparently permitted free speech (even the AG has admitted this). All that comes with regular plain jane sex would naturally go with that. That would include a woman's and a man's fluids from the sexual act.
All non-sex act fluids (including urine, fecal matter, and blood) are just not on that accepted list, at least not at this point.
Is it "fair"? Nope. But then again, what in life is truly fair?
There are a few people out there running sites like this (or want to) but they are running them without a financial profit motive. It will be for them to figure out the legalities of the content when and if anyone ever decides to make a case out of them. In the meantime, the creditcard companies have drawn a few lines in the sad that, while they seem a bit arbitrary and odd, represent porn as most people would see it... and that apparently includes fishhooks and double anal.
Nobody is stopping you from running a monthly cycle site... but good luck finding a way to generate income with it
