it doesnt matter who pokes who's eye out first , the whole point of the analogy is that if you poke someone's eye out they would inherently have the right to now poke your eye out.. some innocent baby hasnt done anything , if his fathers eye got poked out because he was being a retard doesnt mean he should grow up and poke the kid of the guy who poked his dads eye out .. or else everyone would then have the right to poke one anothers eyes out.. leading to ....
