pretty simple solution:
Drop the sponsor.. signup for a fresh program and do test signups yourself
I allow my affiliates todo test signups.. but if you dont tell me you did a test signup and i catch you. you dont get paid. period.
So all it takes is 3 minutes and a short email to tell me you did a test signup. Not very hard to make sure things are on the up and up.
