Haha, I love XM, I pay yearly. I was just double charged and I had to talk to some people who didn't speak english for a long time to finally say you know what, I will charge the money back, cancel my account. They transfered me to someone who spoke english and they gave me 2 free months. LOL. Their foreign support sucks! They were suppose to refund one of my payments they took without permission and instead, they deleted my card info so a refund couldn't be done. Some lady in Canada fixed it all. So if you ever have issues, tell the people who do not speak english you want to cancel and you will be talking to someone who actually cares what they are doing.
