No DRM is really that strong. It can help stop "casual piracy", but anyone who puts their mind to it, will be able to do what they wish with your content. If you need to use DRM, it needs to be problem free and transparent to the consumer.
I think we will see a real backlash against it from consumers eventually. After they, say try to copy their iTunes songs that theyve spent hundreds and maybe thousands of dollars on, to their new computer after having gone over their machine limits and things like that. Its kind of a timebomb waiting to happen. At that time I think you'll see a huge demand for DRM free content.
Hell HD-DVD encryption has already been cracked, and BLU-RAY isnt far off, if they havnt already. iTunes DRM has been cracked etc.
