mitch kicks ass. always checking up on me on icq to see if i need anything. netbilling truly has support that ANY company in this adult space should try to mimic. and they don't charge you for support. and shit, they even answer the phone and dont screen your calls selectively. not many presidents of companies will actually take the time to check on companies.
