I'm a single male non-smoker and the heath insurance that I had through a Empire Fire & Marine was a PPO plan and the price went up and up twice a year from $178/month three years ago to $325 recently. So I got a telemarketing call last month and met with a local agent who put me into a well known HMO plan for $148/month that has better dental.
