hmmm... I do know about domains, and I do know about spanish domains. I can understand people typing "puro sexo", and even tho the stats looks kinda inflatred, it's a good domain. Now, nor me, neither 3 people right now at my side would type in a million years "sexo loco". Not a single chance. So the traffic is redirected from another source or something is fishy.
