i quit 5 or 6 years ago - and never touched one cigarette again

the first couple of days are hard - but only if someone elso told you to stop. if it's your own free will it's not that big problem.

and then again after a couple of months it's getting difficult - when you think you're over it and it wouldn't matter to smoke one single cigarette after a meal or after drinking alcohol - don't do it, it won't work. 10 minutes later you will be out buying a box.

today i don't feel the need for a cigarette ever - it even disturbs me when others smoke.
