So what do you think about him? TBH, he sort of put me off with all the denials, while he acted like everyone was an idiot for asking. I think most people suspected he'd make the move, but he didn't have to act like such a jackass about it. I know it's standard practice to keep your mouth shut until the deal is done, but he could have left it at "no comment". I'm sure it was probably a money thing, too, even though it was denied. He was just a little too smart-assy about it, imo.
I also don't like the fact that he didn't show for the meeting/press conference this morning and told his coaches by speakerphone. I'm assuming he didn't meet with his players, either. Sort of gutless, if you ask me.
Even though he didn't do so hot in the NFL, he did a great job at LSU and hopefully he'll get the Tide back on track. It's unacceptable to have a 6-7 record at a school like Bama, and I'm looking forward to them getting back in the game. I'm sure Muschamp is fired up, too.
Two things for sure, though:
1- He still ain't as good looking as Shuuuu-la-la (who should have had one more year)
2- He still won't beat Tuberville
We'll see you on The Plains come November. I can hardly wait.
