Remember that you only think about a cigarette for 1-2 minutes if you feel like smoking or see somebody else smoking. The moments you want to smoke will decrease. The first week your body will detox, after that it's just in your head ;)
Hardest times for me is when I go out and get busted.... I learned to just take a mint every time I want to smoke.. and mint and alcohol (beer) don't go together...so after a while you wil not think about it anymore ;)
