We actually had Louis Sirkin defend us when the city tried to unsuccessfully close us down by making public indecency arrests in our arcade and attempting to label us a public nuisance. We had the money to fight it and after a long, drawn out battle we won our case and Louis is now attempting to recover our legal fees, which were astronomical. Unfortunately a lot of businesses that didn't have the money just closed up shop and left, which was the city's strategy from the get go. They figure right or wrong if they can tie you up in court long enough you will eventually run out of money and disappear.
