I'm going to disagree with the people that are saying that genetics decides what you can and cannot do. All genetics does is makes it easier or harder for you to obtain your goals.

Halcyon obviously has the easier genes as he's not ( as far I know ) busting his fucking ass 7 days a week to maintain that shape. If you have the harder genes well if you want to get <10%bf and look like a greek god then you'll have to bust your nuts every day to get there.

It's all a matter of how BAD you want it
