Everytime I use my card now I have bad anxiety and become paranoid and undergo stress in fear that my card will be frozen. And then I have to waste 15 minutes calling their fraud department to have it cleared up.

You know, if you take the time to actually talk to the people you can clue them in on your spending habits (ie: if you travel a lot, you can let them know ahead of time so they are alerted). It save a lot of hassle.
I can bet that if someone used your card without authorization you would probably be complaining that the fraud department did not pick up on it.
