What I need is someone who is can be available to work on small projects for me. I am in new product development and need someone who can whip up websites relatively quickly to my specifications. The design aspect is least important.

The primary criteria are:

1) English as a first language
2) Discounted hourly rate given a volume of work over a period of time
3) The ability to work suddenly and quickly (within reason, of course)
4) A sharp, intuituve mind (so you understand what I'm talking about and what exactly im looking for)
