Jaromir, a listing in the archives isnt a decline hence no reason is necessary. A typical decline reason will be "I recently reviewed a similar gallery" or perhaps "your gallery loads slowly".
You can still make sales in the archives and its definately better than previously when it was a straight approval or decline. You will find they are in general quite fair with their listings and ensure that you get a certain percentage on the page, at least thats my experience. That percentage you get on usually more than cover the price of the pass.
