actually i got one better than this but i cant find the fucking picture, i'm sure this one would do the job just the same though.

fuck it makes such a difference. taking 10 minutes every few hours to lie on the floor and run this thing up and down your spine makes such a huge difference.

i have no more back pain. with this and the new bed i got, i am now pain free after only a week of use.

if internet is gonna be your life's blood for anytime to come, get a good chair, a good bed, and one of these back massager thingys.
