For the next 90 days, the
Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will be taking public comments on the recent announced requirement of no special labeling required for cloned foods. Now and not later is our time to ensure that our voices are heard on this issue. We absolutely, positively, MUST NOT LET THIS GO UNCHALLENGED. Its time, for once, to hold the FDAs feet to the fire on this one.
THIS IS JUST LIKE VOTING FOLKS, IF YOU DON'T SEND A COMMENT NOW, DON'T BITCH ABOUT THE RESULT LATER ON DOWN THE ROAD.
Even if you personally don't see anything wrong with eating cloned food, those of us that do have a problem with it have an inalienable RIGHT to be able to tell the difference between cloned and non-cloned food on the shelf. You may also change your mind about your position down the road, but if this issue doesn't getting taken care now, before it is out of control, NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLONED AND NORMAL FOOD.
