good point Aaron... its nice to know who you are doing business with... but again.. its no guarantee that everthing is still 100% to code... we had to remove images from some of our tours from David Lace studios... the excuse we got.. "oops sorry forgot to get that model release... well replace the set".... wasn't about the $$$ or the set.. it was about the fact they sold us illegal content...
something we do.. is include the model relase and ids on each cd... and we photoshop off all of the personal info.. except the stage name and birthdate.. .it still not perfect.. but it lets our customers know that the paperwork exists... I also invite anyone in to my office to see them for themselves... and have even sent to law offices for verifications...
