If you read a PUR filter insert it lists what it removes, which is what led me back to drinking unfiltered tap water a few years ago.
Anyhow, yes, fluoride is a topical solution. Just so happens that water goes right past your teeth when you drink it.

You are so full of shit... i repeat PUR, Brita, and similar filters DO NOT REMOVE the fluoride. I don't need to read the fucking label, I went to their website
http://www.purwater.com clicked on teh FAQ and #8 clearly says, without any doubt, that it DOES NOT remove the fluoride.
