I stopped promoting them. Accumulated $100 (minimum payout) in the 13c/unique program but instead of paying they moved me retroactively to the per signup program. Not a single signup although I have been sending rather targeted traffic.
I told them in the beginning that their tours sucked but never got any answers. Later I told them that they had a lot of banners saying things like "free signup" but there wasn't any free signup - the answer was that those banners had better click-through ratio... All in all not very honest guys.
