Esp. since they haven't caught up from Christmas yet. I still have some eBay stuff that was mailed from OK to LA before Christmas that still hasn't been delivered, now they go pull this bullshit so my customer can wait another 10 days or whatever.

No, the Christmas and New Years is pretty much just one big fucking do-nothing holiday. Between parties, shopping and seeing family. If I owned a business that employed people in the flesh by the hour, I would just lay them all off for six weeks starting the first week of December since all they would be doing is surfing the net looking for Christmas presents or planning holiday bashes while I paid them.
