She's known for following PAris Hilton around! Their close friends, I always see pics of them at events together and going clubbing. Plus she is the daughter of Robert Kardashian, one of OJ Simpsons lawyers.

Basically she's just famous for being in the press and papparazi a lot for being Paris' friend and just for being pretty and being seen a lot at the hottest events and clubs! She's like another Paris Hilton in the making.
She's just like a Hollywood "It Girl". Not really famous or talented at anything, but still getting publicity because she's hot and with the Hollywood "In Crowd" and being seen with the right people at the right places. She even follows Paris around when Paris goes to other countries for events etc...
