I've been using RegisterFly for years because of their cheap registration fees and free privacy, but alas, their poor support has resulted in overbilling and no support whatsoever. Hence, I need a new registrar that can provide the following:

1) Low cost domains (.com only)
2) All management can be done via an online interface
3) WHOIS Privacy is a must, preferably free or low cost.
4) Support that truly works 24 hours.
5) Must have registrar lock option to safeguard domains from theft.

Go ahead and suggest a few registrars as I tend to spread my domains over a few registrars.
