LOL, I don't understand why it's so hard for people to understand the whole banned countries thing. I swear you must by retarted or not understand English. It's the one percent rule, it's not worth anyones time to look for the 1% of honest webmasters from your country, while having to deal with the other 99% who are trying to steal. Using a sponsor isn't your God given right, it's up to the program owner who he wants to buy traffic from. If you don't like it, set up your own sponsor program that allows all countries. Then you can spend your days getting ripped off by dirtbags from lawless countries.
