Like everything - there are good and bad in every profession.
Only been to one chiro and it was sheer hell in his torture chamber - but he converted a cripple within an hour of treatment and could not have paid him enough money for that

Hell, doctors kill more folks daily - simply by writing out more scripts for poison - it's an addictive habit writing scripts in the medical profession
