That is what I love about them. And they never charge one cent for custom server instalations/configurations and I've asked for a lot like custom PHP compilations or switching from PHP4.x to PHP 5 back to PHP 4.4 etc. (in a few hours)

A Virtual Private Server (almost simular as a dedicated server including root access but in wich you share the resources) starts from $25 per month!
