Something more bold and short right under the header would make my pay more attention.. at first look, other than the domain nothing smacked me in the face about what I was looking it.. I saw a lot of blurb, which would usually make me close the tab.
As for traffic, multiply your index and trade fair links with sites (ie, only trade sites with people who you know will link back, so everyone envolved benifuts).
index_keyword_keyword.php > shows your index then links to > linkback1 + linkback2 + linkback3..
If you get what I mean.. If the sites you are exchanging with are relevent, you will get good se listings too
Use other pages just for toplists etc.. as they can have a bad effect on SE..
