Today was the coldest Christmas day in Melbourne since weather records began. We're in SUMMER yet the maximum temp reached in my area was only 10C (50F). It snowed in some higher up areas... ironically where there were raging bushfires and 40C (104F) temps less than a week ago.

Melbourne's weather can be a little cranky and unpredictable but this is just totally fucked up.
