You said really dusty. A garden hose would work better. If you smoke, then a power washer. Don't forget inside the power supply.
The dishwasher does a fairly good job on a keyboard. That mouse is the tricky one.
If you have to ask the question, maybe it would be better to take the PC into the Geek Squad and let them do it right.
