As is stated before, he has the same site structure and copied text but that's it. Nothing to get to exited about.... it's not even operational so i would just let it go instead of wasting time on it.
If you are not looking to shut him down then don't start a thread with "Rip or not", gets people to think you are asking for advice to try and shut it down or not.
You asked for an opinion and i gave you mine..... you may not be happy with it but that's what you get sometimes when you ask for an opinion
