georgia honors a license from: alabama, alaska, colorado, florida, idaho, indiana, kentucky, louisiana, michigan, mississippi, missouri, montana, new hampshire, north carolina, oklahoma, pennsylvania, south dakota, tennessee, texas, utah, and wyoming. (so long as you live in the state the license is from. if you live in georgia you must have a georgia ccl)
a georgia license is good in all the states above plus arizona and vermont
you can conceal a firearm without a permit in any home or business you own, rent or lease
you can open carry a handgun without a permit in any home or business you own, rent or lease
